IT Sameday offer a comprehensive sameday/next day dedicated delivery & collection service. Our vehicles are tracked in real-time for up to the minute updates for customer’s goods. We operate a full 24 hour service and in liaison with our service partners (road, rail and air) can literally transport anything to anywhere on the globe.

Forward Stock Location

Forward Stock Location (FSL) is a customized solution designed for customers requiring immediate access to replacement parts, upgrades and consumables for their equipment. Our FSL solutions area result of customer demand and IT Samedays vision to create solutions that improve our customers uptime.

FSL is a value added service for customers in locations where the frequent shipment of parts is not economically viable or would involve an unacceptable time delay. Frequently used parts are available to engineers 24/7, and operating in conjuction with our sameday service can be delivered to engineers currently on-site.

FSL partners UK Wide

Occasionally parts stored in one of our warehouses are required urgently in another part of the UK. In association with any one of our FSL partners, we can utilise our extensive network to ensure rapid deployment to any location in the UK.

Technical Couriers

Our Technical Couriers not only ensure parts are delivered or collected on time, but can also oversee the onsite replacement of peripherals and components. We can also conduct a wide range of on-site repair services to computers, EPOS systems and peripherals (printers, routers, network switches etc).

Warehousing

In addition to stock managed FSL services, we provide short and long term warehousing solutions for a wide range of blue-chip companies. Our warehousing in Livingston, Aberdeen and Inverness offers extensive, secure storage for a wide range of business requirements, and are accessible on a 24/7 basis.

PUDO (Pick up/Drop off)

Working in close association with our service partners, IT Sameday offers a comprehensive PUDO service - and with our fleet of vehicles can arrange onsite delivery and collection of time-sensitive parts - thereby reducing downtime and increasing engineer and end-user efficiency.
